In case of any unavoidable changes, the following cancellation policy will apply:

🔹 1. 15 Days Before Check-in

• 100% refund of the advance amount (after deducting payment gateway charges if any).

🔹 2. 7–14 Days Before Check-in

• 50% refund of the advance amount.
• Remaining amount can be adjusted for a future booking within 3 months (subject to availability).

🔹 3. Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in

• No refund.
• Date change allowed only once, subject to availability and price difference (if any).

🔹 4. Same Day Cancellation / No Show

• No refund.

🔹 5. Date Change Policy

• One-time date change allowed if informed at least 7 days prior to check-in.
• New date must be within 3 months.
• Rate difference (if any) will be applicable.

🔹 6. Natural Calamities / Government Restrictions

• In case of lockdown, heavy cyclone warnings, or government travel restrictions, booking amount will be adjusted for a future date (valid for 6 months). No cash refund.

Advance payment is mandatory to confirm booking.
Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
